Stationary, horizontal, multistage pumps with closed impellers and vane diffusers. Axial inlet. Delivery flange directed vertically upwards. Needle roller bearing mounted inside the inlet flange, protected by mechanical seal. Axial thrust is absorbed by bearings. The bearings are grease lubricated and do not require any cooling. The shaft is sealed by mechanical seal.
Used for pumping clean and industrial water containing moderate quantities of solids up to 60 mm in size. The maximum fluid density is 1030 kg/m3.
PUMPS OZ
Submersible centrifugal single-stage pump with closed impeller assembled directly on the electric motor shaft, and with a centrifugal vane diffuser. Delivery flange is located vertically at the axis; inlet is arranged around a perimeter between the motor and pump. A cooling jacket is applied in some pumps around the motor. Driven by waterproof motors of IPX8 degree of protection, situated under the pump. The shaft is sealed by a double mechanical seal in the oil chamber. Depending on then level of power the supply voltage is alternatively 400V, 500V or 6000V. The motor is equipped with windings and bearings temperature sensors as well as with moisture sensor. The mechanical seal performance is monitored by a sensor measuring the content of water in the oil chamber. Maximal level of submergence amounts to 10 m.
The OZ pumps are designed for pumping clean water and contaminated water containing solids of a size up to 12 mm. The maximum fluid density is 1020 kg/m3 and its maximum temperature is 35oC. The OZ pumps can be applied for sea water pumping in salt-resistant version.
